An interview with:
ANAIVANOVIC
THE MODERATOR: Questions in English, please.
Q. How did you feel on the court today? It was difficult?
ANA IVANOVIC: No, I started really well, and I felt reallygood in the beginning. Then after thethird game, actually after first point in the fourth game, I just suddenlystarted feeling so dizzy, and I completely lost my balance.
Ever since then it wasreally hard. I struggled with likelooking up. I started feeling verydizzy, and I was struggling a little bit to find my balance.
Yeah, it was really hard. She played well.
Q. Thetwo defending champions leave the tournament the same day. What do you think?
ANA IVANOVIC: Yeah, I think it's really tough. I mean, it's never easy to lose, andespecially that I was feeling my game really well. So I'm very disappointed with today.
I think it's verytough, yeah. But the opponents, theyjust were, you know, better today.
Q. What was your goal coming here into Roland Garros as the defendingchampion? You're No. 8 seed, Ithink. Did you set any goals?
ANA IVANOVIC: Well, my goal was just to try and enjoy thematch. I wasn't really looking for anyoutcome or looking too much into the tournament. I just wanted to enjoy.
I was really, you know, proud of my efforts the first week. Iwas really feeling good out there.
You know, even today and in the beginning Ifelt great. I was hitting, striking theball, and executing really well. That'swhy it's really hard.
Q. Whatdo you think about Azarenka? Do youthink she's a player to beat? Like she'sone of the best?
ANA IVANOVIC: She is. She definitely has the potential. She has been playing really well lately. She strikes the ball really well. She's young, so she has really good potential.
Q. You're still young, too.
ANA IVANOVIC: Well, thank you. I feel a little bit older now. With all these young players coming up, Istart to feel a little bit old. (laughter.)
Q. What is your plan now? Do youplan to change something, or...
ANA IVANOVIC: Honestly, I don't know. Probably I will go back to Belgrade. I'm going to play Eastbourne. That's my next tournament on grass.
