Djokovic to lead Serbia against US in Davis Cup
Novak Djokovic will lead Serbia against the United States in their Davis Cup match next month.
The second-ranked player in the world will team up with Viktor Troicki, Janko Tipsarevic and doubles specialist Nenad Zimonjic for the March 5-7 first-round tie on an indoor clay court in Belgrade Arena.
They will face John Isner, Sam Querrey and the world’s top-ranked doubles team of Bob and Mike Bryan who will represent the U.S.
Serbia and the U.S. have never played each other in the Davis Cup.
Serbia has never gone beyond the first round in the World Group while the Americans lead all nations with 32 Davis Cup titles.
