Who is the biggest threat to Roger Federer's Grand Slam dominion? We look at the answers of Eurosport's readers along with the bookies odds on all of the Australian Open's contenders.

We asked our readers which of these six men had the best chance of keeping Federer from winning a third straight title at Melbourne Park: Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, David Nalbandian, Andy Murray, Andy Roddick and Lleyton Hewitt.

After a week of voting and more than 6,500 responses, we have your results:

Djokovic led all with 35% of the vote.
Nadal was second with 27% of the vote.
Nalbandian was third with 24% of the vote.
Murray was fourth with 6% of the vote.
Roddick was fifth with 4% of the vote.
Hewitt was sixth also with 4% of the vote.

As for the bookmakers:

The Serbian wunderkind is also their biggest threat to Federer at 8-1.

Argentina's number one stud Nalbandian is next at 10-1.

Rafa, in all of his claycourt dominating splendour, is 11-1 to triumph on that new, supposedly faster plexicushion surface.

The British boy wonder Murray is a 20-1 shot for any sentimental supporters who like to put their money where their hearts are.

A-Rod and US Open semi-finalist David Ferrer are both 25-1 bets.

And the home favourite Lleyton Hewitt, hoping that his recent work with Tony Roche will help him return to the final after three years away, is a 40-1 bet to bring the Melbourne fans their first Aussie victor in 30 years.

Federer, stomach bug and all, is the dead-on favourite to win it at 8/13.

On the women's side Justine Henin is almost travelling into Federer territory with absurd, though justified, 6-4 odds in her return to Melbourne Park after missing last year's tournament due to her then-ongoing divorce.

Defending champion Serena Williams is only 6-1 despite her amazing unseeded run in 2007.

Last year's fallen finalist Maria Sharapova is riding her brilliant 2007 finale to 7-1 odds.

Wimbledon champion Venus Williams is looking to return to the finals in Melbourne for the first time since her lone finals appearance in 2003, and is a 10-1 bet.

Serbian starlet and French Open finalist Ana Ivanovic is at 14-1, while her less heralded compatriot Jelena Jankovic is a 20-1 bet.

Frenchwoman Amelie Mauresmo, making her first Grand Slam appearance since losing her Wimbledon crown, is 16-1 to reclaim the title she won in 2006 when she took her first-ever Grand Slam triumph in a career-year.

Finally, American comeback queen Lindsay Davenport is a 20-1 bet to cap her astonishing return from childbirth with a second Melbourne victory.
