Venus is butt of TV man's 'sexist' jibes

An Australian tennis coach turned commentator has risked the wrath of tennis champion Venus Williams by describing her bottom as ‘a pretty good sight.’
 
Having fought for years to be appreciated for her on court endeavours as well as her off court business skills, Williams is said to be less than impressed with the comments
 
 
As a slow motion replay panned across the bottom of Williams in her match against China’s Yan Zi in the Australian Open, Roger Rasheed, a former coach of Lleyton Hewitt said: “Take a look at this now,” He added: “Make or think as you will, ladies, but for me, that’s a pretty good sight.”
 
 
Lost for words at the brazenness of Rasheed’s observations, which went out on live television, co-commentator Tracy Austin tried to distance herself from the comment stating: “she’s got her own clothing line and she brings more than just her tennis game to the court.”
